Arlington RV Supercenter

Our Winnebago Era, which we bought from Arlington, had been having some electrical issues. We brought it in assuming it would take a while to figure out what was wrong and then another while to fix it. In a few weeks the whole problem was solved and ready to go! Tom and Justin were great at explaining the steps throughout the process and the new Tech had our RV humming like new. Great service experience all around!!!

Wow for first timer RV people we went to the right place! I am a bit late on writing this review, which should have been done in Feb. Arlington RV has been with us all the way, starting with our sales person Lou who showed us the all weather Montana's on a cold and rainy day no less. We decided on the Montana High Country approx. 41 ft I asked Lou if they could install a washer and dryer, a new king mattress, and back camera? NP they had them installed. We explained we had to get a truck and we would need the 5th wheel hitch installed as well which again NP Lou explained we needed the sliding hitch since we got the 6ft bed.. they got all done in no time... Then of course we meet with their finance man (I can’t for the life of me remember his name, and I had his card. It’s been a while I apologize)which I told him I wanted the best aftermarket warranty since we got the 2018 model and off course NP! We told all staff we didn't know anything at all, all of them were so helpful!! They gave us a starter package which had a lot of plugs and hoses even some RV TP. Lou explained that the day we take it their guy will go through the entire process A-Z which Zach & Justin did. Lou ordered an Atlas for us as a gift we really appreciated his thoughtfulness..also Zach drove it out of the back parking for us. We can't forget the parts dept. They saved use money where they could recommend the mattress & camera very helpful. We also were introduced to their manager who was very kind. Now for the best part, I had several minor issues once we got settled and they sent their tech out the next week and had them fixed. Rick was awesome. He’s been in that business doing it for 30 years. He also just came back to fix a few other minor things and got it all done really quickly and he is so professional!They really do stand by their warranty, I will keep you updated but for now they have been wonderful. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

We were faced with a propane leak while on the road and these folks not only had the part in stock but one of the technicians stepped up in the midst of their busy backlog to put the part on for us and test for safety and got us back on the road! We know about rv repair/service backlog right now and greatly appreciate them fitting us in! Our dog was even treated to dog cookies during the wait! Thanks!!
